Family Cabs, a Christchurch-based taxi service, was founded in 2022 by Lisa Smith, a working parent who recognized the need for safe and reliable transportation for children and families.
The company began as Cabs4Kids, specializing in a child-friendly transportation services with car seats and thoroughly vetted drivers to get children to after school activities or appointments,
As demand grew, the company expanded its services to include a 24/7 airport shuttle, family taxi service, and transportation for special events.
In 2024, Cabs4Kids rebranded as Family Cabs to reflect its broader range of family-oriented transportation services in Christchurch.
Our Services
