Cabs 4 Kids Service Information
- You’ll receive the details of the driver, including their name and mobile number.
- The driver will contact you 24 hours before the booking to confirm the pick-up details.
- When the driver arrives at the school or other stipulated pick-up spot, they will go to your child’s classroom and wait outside.
- Our drivers are easily identifiable with their blue cap, red jacket, and Family Cabs identification on a lanyard.
- Once your child is with our driver, they will message you to let you know they are on their way.
- When they arrive at their next destination, the driver will accompany your child into the activity.
- Once your child is in the safe care of the next caregiver, they will message you to let you know they have been dropped off.
- Please note, our drivers never leave a child without having personally established they are in the care of the appropriate adult.

- All unaccompanied minor bookings are invoiced, and payment is due the following day after the service is completed.
- Please email us with your particular requirements for your child/ren, but please note, we have a minimum booking charge of $45.00 for all Cabs4Kids bookings.
- A transfer fare will be added to the base fare and will differ depending on the distance and individual requirements.
