Cabs4Kids Service Information
- All Family Cabs taxis have preinstalled, New Zealand-standard-approved child car seats.
- Toys provided during trips are sanitized after each booking as are the car seats.
- Thorough police and personal vetting for all drivers.
- Minimum of 5 years’ driving experience and 5 years’ experience as a caregiver.
- Drivers wear a blue cap, a red jacket, and a Family Cabs lanyard with their name and photo visible.
- You will receive the driver’s name and mobile number 24 hours before your booking.
- The driver will contact you by text the day before to introduce themselves.
- The driver’s Passenger License is displayed at the front of the vehicle.
Our driver will message you when they pick up your child/children and again when they have been safely delivered to their next appointment.
Regular servicing, daily pre-trip inspections, and valid Certificates of Fitness for all vehicles.
